LIMITED WARRANTY AGREEMENT

Limited warranty is provided by the Seller to the Buyer under the terms and conditions of the Sales Agreement №250123 entered into between the parties.

1. Term of coverage.

Coverage under this warranty is continuous from the Date of sale listed in the Sales Agreement №250123 for a period of 6 months or 8000 miles, whichever is sooner.

2.1. Coverage.
2.1. The Seller warrants the Buyer be free from material defects in the workmanship done by the Seller specified in the Sales Agreement except those identified in the paragraph 2.2.
The defects found shall be repaired or replaced at no cost to the owner for parts, material, or labor.

2.2. Excluded from Coverage
The following are excluded from coverage:
2.2.1. Chassis malfunctions (drivetrain, wheels, tires; electronics and appliances)
2.2.2. Manufacturer's defects of all the devices and appliances installed by the Seller.

Warranties for all devices and appliances are provided by its manufacturers.
Seller does not provide free service repairs for the reinstallation of defective equipment under this Warranty, unless the breakdown of the device is due to improper installation (workmanship) made by the Seller.
2.2.3. Parts, accessories, or equipment installed by the Seller are:
2.2.3.1. Damaged through negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, collision, vandalism, misuse, fire, flood, normal wear, or improper or inadequate maintenance, rust or corrosion, exposure to the elements.
2.2.3.2. Used for a purpose other than recreational use.
2.2.3.3. Damaged because of improper connection with equipment of other manufacturers installed not by the Company.
2.2.3.4. Repaired or modified by anyone other than the Seller.

2.3. Obtaining Warranty Repairs.
To obtain warranty repairs, the Buyer must submit a Claim at info@tinyplanet.group and present the van, at his own cost, to an authorized Seller service facility during normal business hours and provide a written list of items to be inspected or repaired.

2.4. Seller has no control over damages caused by things including, but not limited to, collision, misuse, and lack of or improper maintenance. Therefore, damage for whatever reason is not covered by this Warranty. Glass breakage or scratches are not covered unless physical proof of a manufacturing defect can be established. Seller reserves the right to void or suspend this Warranty if the vehicle is involved in an accident or sustains any other physical damage.

2.5. Limitations on Damages.
Incidental and consequential damages – such as towing or transport charges, aggravation, inconvenience, lost profits, wages, or income, loss of use, vehicle rental charges, and telephone, food, and lodging costs – are not recoverable from Seller for breach of this Warranty. This document is the entire statement of the warranty given by the Seller. Seller limits the duration and remedies of all implied warranties to the duration of this Warranty.

3. Transferability.
This warranty applies to the original owner and may be transferred to any subsequent owner in accordance with Term of coverage stated in section 1 of the Limited Warranty Agreement.

4. Except for the warranties outlined in this Limited Warranty Agreement, each party expressly disclaims any other warranties of any kind or nature, whether express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
