Tiny Planet Ambassador Agreement

By clicking "I Agree" or signing up for the Tiny Planet Ambassador Program, you ("Creator") agree to the following terms with Tiny Planet Inc., located at 8866 Fruitridge Rd, Sacramento, CA, 95 826 ("Company"):

1. Purpose
You are agreeing to promote Tiny Planet’s full van conversion services as described at tinyplanet.group.
This agreement excludes partial conversions, van sales, or individual product/component purchases.

2. Promotion & Tracking
  • You agree to actively promote Tiny Planet via social media, marketing channels, or other platforms.
  • You will use a unique tracking link, promo code, or other approved methods provided by the Company.
  • Only tracked referrals will qualify for commission.
  • Untracked sales or leads will not be eligible for compensation.

3. Compensation
  • You will receive a flat $ 5,000 USD commission for every completed and fully paid full van conversion that is directly attributed to your referral.
  • Attribution must be trackable through your assigned link, code, or other agreed tracking method.
  • No commission will be paid for partial conversions or unrelated services.
  • Payment is made within 30 days after Tiny Planet receives full payment from the referred customer.
  • You are responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes on any earnings from this program.

4. Term & Termination
  • This Agreement is valid for one (1) year from the date of acceptance and will automatically renew for additional one-year periods unless either party gives 30 days' written notice of termination or non-renewal.
  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with 30 days' notice.
  • You will continue to receive commissions for qualified referrals made before termination, provided communication between Tiny Planet and the referred customer began during the active term.

5. Compliance & Anti-Fraud
  • You must not engage in any false, misleading, or unethical promotional practices.
  • You must not misrepresent Tiny Planet’s services or offer unauthorized incentives.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity (including fake leads, spam, or misrepresentation) may result in:
  • Immediate termination,
  • Forfeiture of unpaid commissions,
  • Reimbursement of previously paid commissions, and/or
  • Legal action.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tiny Planet from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your actions or violations of law.

6. Non-Disparagement
You agree not to make or publish any negative, defamatory, or misleading statements about Tiny Planet, its products, team, services, or brand.
This does not limit your right to respond truthfully in legal or governmental proceedings.


7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.


8. Miscellaneous
  • This is the entire agreement between you and Tiny Planet regarding the Ambassador Program.
  • Any changes must be made in writing and accepted by both parties (including via email).
  • Notices will be sent to the contact details you provide and to Tiny Planet’s business address.
  • You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Tiny Planet.
  • You may not bind or speak on behalf of the Company.
